Support the expansion of an established restaurant brand into a new market by translating its identity into a successful flagship location while coordinating the many partners required to bring the concept to life.
Role
Served as the brand's primary project manager and strategic partner throughout the development process, representing the brand while coordinating with ownership, architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors from planning through opening.
Strategic Approach
Managed the project from concept to grand opening, overseeing interior design coordination, construction milestones, kitchen equipment vendors, merchandising, operational readiness, and cross-functional communication. Ensured every detail of the physical space reflected the brand while keeping the project on schedule and aligned with the opening timeline.
Outcome
Successfully launched Fini Pizza's entry into the market, delivering a cohesive brand experience from design through opening while creating a seamless process across design, construction, operations, merchandising, and vendor partners.
